Mobility
Step-free access throughout all main visitor routes. Exhibits, interactive consoles and theatre seating accommodate a range of heights and mobility aids — wheelchairs, prams and scooters are fully welcome.
Companions & assistance animals
Companion Cards are accepted in full, and accredited assistance animals are permitted throughout the facility.
Sensory & immersive effects
The reenactment uses immersive audio, projection, virtual reality and a brief air effect. Every module is optional — please tell our team if you'd prefer to sit any part out.
Languages
Localised content and synchronised audio are available in other languages through the visitor app via a QR code at the front desk. Please bring personal headphones.
